Apple TV has introduced a new operating system for its TV. Up until now, tvOS 13 was the latest version available for the TV. But the latest update TV OS is the new addition to the family of the operating system. TV OS 14 is now available in public beta access. Apple TV users have to install this software manually, but remember that this software will work with 4th Gen Apple TV HD and 5th Gen Apple TV 4K only.
The arrival of tvOS 14 was confirmed through the announcement at the latest WWDC 2020 event. This update will be launched in both developer beta and public beta versions. Wondering about the features that tvOS 14 will offer? Well, tvOS 14 is completely focused on multi-user support for TV shows and movies. Each profile on the TV will get personalized recommendations for the television apps and games through the Apple Arcade feature. You’d be able to keep track of individual achievements in a game. The Quick Game Resume feature will let you go back to your game right where you left, and the software will now support Xbox Elite Series 2 and Xbox Adaptive Controllers. Another excellent feature is the picture-in-picture that enables you to run your videos on the screen while you move and switch between your apps. And now you also get a home view from the smart home camera feeds.
